Urban Meyer’s recruiting roll continues today as moments ago 4-star junior cornerback Cam Burrows (Trotwood, Ohio/Madison) announced that he has become Meyer’s first class of 2013 commitment.
Burrows, dressed in a black suit with a red shirt, made his announcement in the auditorium at Madison High School. He had narrowed his impressive list of scholarship offers down to Ohio State, Stanford, Michigan, Alabama, LSU, Wisconsin and Tennessee.
The 6-foot-2 and 195-pound Burrows is one of the country’s premier cornerback prospects. He made 64 tackles and intercepted six passes during his sophomore season as Madison made it to the state championship game and finished with a 12-3 record.
