We lead off with a very happy Vandalia Butler head coach, one Trent Dues. Dues talks with us just moments after their thrilling win over Cincinnati Moeller. Needless to say it was a major win for the program.
A Nathan Barlow two-out, two-run single Butler propelled the Aviators to a 6-5 walk-off victory in the UC Division I regional semifinal.
For their part Moeller entered the game as the GCL co-champions and the winners of the state high school coaches poll for the third time in the last four years.
Also on hand is head coach Bruce Cahill. of the Tippecanoe Red Devils who at press time were scheduled for a D-II regional semi-final show down with the Green Wave of Greenville High School.
