Arguably the most impressive performer at the NIKE Combine in Massillon on Saturday was linebacker/defensive end Ifeadi Odenigbo (Centerville, Ohio/Centerville).
The 6-foot-4 and 215-pound Odenigbo had a SPARQ of 109.02. That SPARQ score was one of the highest along with the score of Buckeye running back commitment Brionte Dunn (Canton, Ohio/GlenOak) who had a 109.47.
Odenigbo’s teammate, offensive lineman Benny McGowan was also very impressive on Saturday.
The 6-foot-4 and 290-pound McGowan had a SPARQ rating of 100.53, the first time in the history of the NIKE Combines that an offensive lineman has broken the 100 mark barrier.
