This week we begin making picks for the playoff games. First things first though. Lets wrap our regular season picks…
DAYTON DAILY NEWS
While I worked at the Dayton Daily for three years, I had finishes of second, third and fourth in the annual football pickers contest. If I still worked there, I’d have a first place to add to it now. All season long we matched wits with the pickers at the DDN and we finished on top – barely. I went 15-5 in the final week of the season and Greg Billing went 16-4. I finished three games ahead. WHIO TV’s Mike Hartsock, who does the Prep Insider with us, finished third.
